Praise and worship are not designed to be a concert. IT is not about them. It is about Him. Anytime the Lord comes, it encodes a change. Engineers and soldiers are trained to fear something: frequency. If you hold the right frequency, you can change things. The military learned that the church had not realized that sounds can change things when done correctly.

Today, we have our own chain in our lives. Maybe your chains are your children, finances, or relationships. There is a weapon that you have, which is your worship and praise, that can turn into a weapon. It’s a praise that refuses to wait until things become better. You do not praise God because you got out of your situation.  

There are three points: 

Praise prepares a throne for the presence of God. Paul and Silas did not state that they felt the presence of God during this period. They just made a decision to sing. When they sang, the presence of God came. They decided that if things are going to change, they will have to change the atmosphere within their situation. Make sure God is on the throne of your circumstances. The word hymn means to keep on doing it. You sing it over and over again. They did celebrate their circumstances; they celebrated their God. Worship has an address, which is heaven. Noise has no address. God does not sit on your situation. God sits on your praises. Praises make human strength irrelevant. The saints are waiting for the word, but God is waiting for worship. You are building a throne for God to dwell. We have to make the right sound. When the Lord shows up,p chains will break. 

Praise sets the foundation and breaks every chain. This is the order of your deliverance. God does not do anything by accident. First the foundation, then the doors, and then the chains. God’s deliverance starts with your foundation. Praise did not work at the level of your symptom; it worked at the level of your foundation. Praise invites resurrection power. You have to allow God to anchor you. Man had tightened the screws of their change and stretched them into an uncomfortable situation. When the praise came, it not only delivered Paul and Silas, but it also delivered everyone who was in the place. 

Praise is the language of the mature saints who learned how to praise before they were delivered. Prayer talks to the mountain. Praise talks to the mountain about the God you serve. That is why it says, " Let the weak say I am strong. Praise says this thing is already answered. Worship is warfare. You cannot receive the garment of praise and have on the garment of complaints. We have to be able to give up one for something else. Decide to give God praise. Praise will cause you to rise above every situation in your life. Somebody needs to lift the sound of a regenerated mind. My praise destroys every yoke.
