Still A King Mens Day

Jun 29, 2025

We are finding men who struggle with who they are. They cannot show up for individuals unless they know who they are as men. Some of our failures are that we allow our failure to be the end of the story. Despite your failures, you are still a king.

You can look like a failure and still be successful. Your identity is not in your appearance; it is in your heritage. You have to be dirty and royal at the same time. Don’t let the labor of prayer make you miss the benefits of prayer.

When Isaiah prophesied about the Messiah, he mentioned how Jesus would not look attractive to him. If the people had known who Jesus was, they would have treated His mother and father better. Because they did not know who He was, He was a manager, but He was still a king.

The problem with most men, we try to look like God but not strive to be like God. When we are who we are, the first thing we do is identify what we do. God made us in His own image. God put Himself in you, which means you are royal by design. We have to reflect sometimes on what God said about us. Why would God talk to you about having dominion if you were not of royalty? God trusts who you are and what He has put inside of you. Sometimes you must stop letting people run in and out of your mind and spirit. You have to be mature enough to close the door and lock the door.
