You Don’t Know My Story

Often we have a pity party and question God. We wonder if it will happen in my life. God sees you, and God is yet God. This passage is one of the final miracles God performs before He goes on the cross.

There are a multitude of people following Jesus. This blind man hears something different. The scripture says that the blind man turned around and called Jesus thou son of David. Blind Bartimaeus wanted to call the name of Jesus based on his needs. He knew that he did not deserve it. If you want to know Jesus personally, you have to a person encounter to Him for your needs. Do you know when you cry out to God, He has the power and authority to do something for you?  

No matter what you are going through, you want to come to cry out to God continually. There is anointing that awaits you if you follow the scriptures. When Bartimaeus came out, the people asked him to be quiet, But he had a need and he did not care what the people said to him. Your prayer life is directed to your life.  

Some of you have asked God to do something, but you come to church like there is no need in your life. When need the level of Bartimaeus you will respond differently. The people who asked blind Bartimaeus to stop crying out Jesus’’ name, had their sight. How dare you ask someone to stop seeking God when they do not have a need? Do you believe that today is the only day that God has to answer your prayer? How many of you need something from God today? We have become unbelieving believers. We say we believe, but our actions show we are unbelieving believers. What are you willing to do
