Don't Be Like The IMPALA

We serve a God that will answer you with a still small voice. God has a covenant with you. He will never leave you nor forsake you. God is your God. David asked God to do something for His name's sake. Do you know that there are people who want to see you fail? Even though you think that God does not hear you, understand that it pierces God when He does not answer your request. To avoid something worse, God needs you to go through the situation. You must trust that God loves you and knows what’s best for you because great is His faithfulness.

It is not about how you feel. Faith is an act. You cannot say you trust God and you do not do anything. Despite how you feel and what is going on in your life, I am still going to trust God.

The Impala African animals can jump high and fast.  If they cannot see where they are going to land. They can jump seven feet but are kept captive by a three-foot gate because they cannot see where they will land. You don’t want to be an Impala animal. Why do you think God has to explain himself to you?   

We are not God. All we can do is trust Him. We must surrender all to God. Do you trust God? God knows you. God sees you. Just like sometimes you must discipline your children, God has to discipline you. Act trust God. We are required to trust God.
